**THANKS TO YOU THE FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT!**

First off, a huge thanks to everyone on this team for keeping the faith this past year during our beta testing and development of this program. There are so many of you who have shared ideas, pointed out typo's and helped us shape this program into something we can all "Call Our Own." We are seeing increase in traffic everyday and MOST of our focus has been on the DEVELOPMENT of this program and the refining of some of the processes. Today we are at a point where we can SHIFT our focus at corporate to marketing and adding to our traffic which in turn helps everyone of you.

*****UPDATES******

We have been working behind the scenes on many things that will put even more stability into what we do AND stretch this program to even further areas of the world. This has always been a goal we have had. With that said, here is what we have been setting in place.

**International Integration**

This program was NEVER meant to be JUST a U.S. & Canada service & opportunity. We had to get the program in place to accommodate the USA & CANADA first because of language barriers etc. but now that our listing & auction engine is operating we are beginning to implement our international side to this program.

Everyone knows that eBay (the GIANT in the industry and a company that we FULLY respect) has their own payment solution (PayPal). We were not always big fans of PayPal several years ago but they have proven to be a reliable solution for us over the years HOWEVER, if we want to be BIG and grow into a serious competitor we know that we must develop our own relationships as eBay did.

Big Value & Big Ticket Depot will soon announce the INTEGRATION and PARTNERING of our very own PAYMENT solution! This payment solution already has over 70 countries programmed into its system AND will create an additional payment solution for EVERY person selling their goods on BTD/BVD! This will bring our program FULL CIRCLE on the e-commerce end. This means that the CONVERSIONS of Euro's etc..etc...will be part of this! We have been in talks with this company for almost a year and had to meet some goals they required (web traffic etc). We have EXCEEDED their requirements and we are now moving forward with this new solution. We will send an official press release when this is complete announcing the name of our new payment solution partner! In addition to this we are looking into a few other payment solutions which will be offered to web store owners in the future. Some of these solutions were referred by some of our 300 Elite Team members.

**Back Office Upgrades To The System**

If you log into your BVD back office you will notice that we have upgraded the look and navigation of it but more important, we are making things more user friendly.

As you get new listing clients, you will notice that under the "MY CLIENTS" button, your clients email address will show up as LINKS. This will enable you to send them some "quick emails" that we will be posting for you to use. Additionally, you will notice that when your free listing clients post an item it will HOT LINK the LAST item they posted. This will give you a birds eye view as to what they are doing. If they do not post an item you will also see that they have not yet listed an item which will additional information that will help you build the relationship with them and get them involved in the process.

This entire clients section will soon be a MAILER/DATABASE management system that you will have to use (AT NO COST). This will become a very advanced communications & tracking area for you as we increase in popularity and get thousands of listings each week and soon, each day.

**Ads , Emails & SOURCES**

We will soon post an entire page with DOZENS of short ads that will be both for EMAIL and for FREE posting. These are ads that are working RIGHT NOW. For example, we tested 3 of these ads in Craig's List and 2 other major sites and had over 90 responses in our tests. We will be showing you a DAILY, step by step of WHAT TO DO. It will require you to follow the steps but we are engineering this in such a way that if you only have 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week to do this, you can. If you have MORE time than that, then you will just increase what we show you to do. Simple as that.

We have also produced a RADIO commercial that we will play in the next few days. This commercial will be customizable for each of you so you can run them in your own markets. Radio air time is LOW and we are already budgeting several thousand dollars a month in our local markets to rotate the sign ups and inquiries to this team. WHEN I play the radio commercial that Sonny Melendrez produced, you will see a WHOLE OTHER side to this program and you will see how it can be done in ANY market (not just our area).

***HUGE INCENTIVES...HUGE PROMOTIONS IN THE WORKS***

We are budgeting several thousand dollars a year to be able to offer the people on this team incentives to offer FREE listings to people and for THOSE people to BECOME interested in either owning a web store or joining as an affiliate. We will be using popular items like, IPODS, I-Touches, Video Camera's, LAP TOPS etc to find people to list their items with you. They will be incentives that MOST PEOPLE will be able to see themselves achieving. This is a KEY part to our promotions the rest of this year and all of next year. This is going to help put us on the map. Imagine CAPTURE PAGES we give you with sharp pictures of these items and SIMPLE to read promotions that will make MORE people complete your capture pages and become clients or affiliates. This is what we are working on RIGHT NOW. We are in MARKETING MODE. As I said before, the focus has been primarily on development during this beta testing time. YES, we will be improving the look, functionality of EVERYTHING we have but MARKETING is now the MAIN focus of our corporate team. This marketing is being done for you.

***Communications & Training Improvements***

In your BVD back office, the TEAM COMMUNICATIONS button will soon lead you to a VERY advanced method for us to communicate with you. There will be the ability for you to interact with us direct and in REAL TIME. We will have a DAILY BLOG that will display the latest and greatest methods of building and we will highlight the people who are making it happen. You will learn what is working and HOW to do it. This section is being developed by our programming team and is something that has been long overdue. We utilized face book and twitter for a time but as this program begins to grow, those communication methods are going to be used by us for MARKETING. We now have 32 face book accounts with a total of 112,000 friends on our lists (combined). We will continue establishing more accounts for use in promoting BOTH the opportunity, FREE LISTINGS and actual LISTINGS that are being posted. All of this will be done via our rotation marketing for you. This is why we will begin ONLY posting promotions for the "Outsiders" rather than using Face Book/Twitter as a communications medium for this team (I know many of you are happy and so are we!).

***BVD & BTD Into The New Year***

We have been working with consultants for the past few months in planning our New Year and beyond "road map" There are BIG plans to expand this into so many other related services. What you see today is just the beginning of what we see as being an ALL-INCLUSIVE program for so many other things.

We are excited about what the future has to offer and look forward to showing you things that have already been completed and are working RIGHT NOW in the coming weeks.
